PeiPei Alena Yuan aka “Bgirl Peppa” is dedicated to inspiring through her art as an entertainer and teacher. Her love for the art of movement has led her to perform, teach, and compete all over the world as well as work in the entertainment industry. In 2000, she founded Outer Circle Entertainment, a 501c3 whose purpose is to unify creative forces with her close friends to produce amazing performances that inspire youth and adults to put energies into dance rather than unhealthy choices like substance abuse, gang life, or alcoholism. With over two decades of experience working with underprivileged demographics Peipei brings a profound understanding on the importance of community development through NGO programs. She is thrilled to join Paragon Institute of Innovation's board of directors and build similar workshops that educate and galvanize youth through collaborations that illuminate creative ways to channel self expression through the creation of upcycled art in urban settings, which elevates and stimulates a sense of community pride and innovation.
